Shipping & Delivery Policy — EU & UK Customers
Thank you for shopping with Toplash! This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders to customers within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK).
1. Order Processing
Orders must be placed online through eu.toplash.com.
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing may take longer.
- After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Times
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
🇪🇺 EU Deliveries
- Standard delivery: approximately 5–15 business days.
- Delivery times can vary by country and may be affected by carrier transit, customs processing, or local postal services.
🇬🇧 UK Deliveries
- Standard delivery: approximately 5–15 business days.
- Due to post-Brexit customs and clearance procedures, delivery times can be longer for some orders.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees and available delivery options are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For orders shipped within the EU, VAT is charged at checkout in accordance with EU VAT rules.
- For orders shipped to the UK, your order may be subject to UK VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or import charges that are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by UK customs and must be paid by the recipient.
- Customs processing and any associated fees are beyond Toplash’s control and may delay delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website.
6. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
- If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Responsibility & Limitations
- Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre, Toplash is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, carrier issues, strikes, or extraordinary events.
- Any additional charges applied by customs or local postal services are the responsibility of the customer.
